Analysis of Crystal City Case Study

Social Media Dilemma:

The social matter of contrast of the Crystal City case to the personal integrity and speech are the root of the whole problem. Marc Mason, an accountant to city, who used social media accounts of his own to disapprove the city's policies on housing for the low and moderate income people primarily in the social justice and diversity fields. Importance of Ethical Leadership: Education regarding ethical conduct of communication has underlined the need of being an ethical leader while directing a SNAP site for the Department of Social Services. Ethical communication makes it possible for work-related conflicts to be approached and resolved constructively with the least associated damage thus contributing to a productive environment and a positive workplace atmosphere.

Building Trust and Enhancing Organizational Reputation: Within the communicative ethical principles, the following principles are highlighted: transparency, accountability and consistency. Firstly, being a leader who practices proper communication not only boosts the relationship between management and staff, but also leads to the improvement of the organization's image in the society. The enhanced employment of

ethics and authenticity in my communication can help me to solidify connections with my target audience, clients, and agency partners, which in turn leads to the improvement of agency credibility and success.

Answering the question about how ethics in communications plays key roles in my professional life as a filmmaker I wanted to emphasize the significance of ethics in communication. Upon leveraging of the ethical communication strategies, I will drive culture of honesty, transparency and collaboration to the team, which in turn goes to improve the team performance and the organizational success.

Action Plan:

As a leader going forward, I will make sure to keep ethics in communication as one of my pillars, both in interaction and making decisions. This course teaches me knowledge that I should implement to my daily life. Firstly, I am determined to display a model of ethical conduct, featuring values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, and accountability. This should create a setting for the ethical style in the department which I am going to lead. Through ongoing ethical communication, I aspire to produce the same process that will facilitate trust, pull people together, and ultimately attain the desired results for the whole agency and my team.
