Abstract
Change management engages with systematic strategies to prepare, support, and facilitate organisational change and consists of a range of activities, which are planning, communication, training, and implementation, to optimize resistance and maximize the benefits of change strategies. The aim of the research is to understand and evaluate the influential factors of change management strategies for the purpose of developing organisational performance. In order to achieve the goal of enhancing the efficiency of organisations, the objective of this study is to acquire an understanding of the factors that have a substantial impact on change management strategies and to carry out an evaluation of those factors. This study also analyses the circumstances that must be met for businesses to resist change, regardless of how unpleasant it may be, and to preserve their competitive edge to continue to be economically viable. This study establishes the relationship between change management and the efficiency of the organisation in the present economic environment of the business. This serves as a platform to explore how shifting organisational success can be significantly influenced by applying good change management practices in this dynamic environment (Bhatti et al. 2011). The study examines the variables and offers ideals of the instruments by which orientation is integrated with powerful change management practices. This study also looks at the prerequisites for companies to overcome change no matter how bitter it may be, but to still remain competitive in order to stay economically viable.
