Localized User Journey Mapping: Design person journey unique to the UAE users, with consideration of stuff like language (language preferences, estimation habits, and social norms etc.).
Personalization: Enable providing tailored experiences that correspond with the users' values and interests, empowering them to construct their donations as they prefer and as they see fit from philanthropy purposes.
Transparent Impact Tracking: Employ real-time monitoring of donations as well as their effects, keeping track of them for the sake of transparency and accountability among the users. Such levels of credibility are integral for users to trust the donation platform.
