Recommendations:

Boost Product Quality Control: Put strong controls in place to make sure that goods constantly live up to expectations. At every step of the production process, this means doing a lot of testing, tracking, and inspections. Delivering high-quality goods can lower the risk that customers will receive poor goods, which can lower the risk of a bad response from the public.

Improve Tracking of Rival Activity: Set up a way to keep an eye on what your competitors are doing and spot any possible attempts to harm you. This could mean doing regular market study, keeping an eye on social media, and keeping up with changes in the field. By keeping an eye on and responding to what competitors do, Go Native can lower the risk of public anger caused by competitors.

Improve how you handle customer feedback and complaints: Set up a way for customers to give quick feedback so that they are more likely to talk about their experiences with Go Native’s goods. You can do this through web polls, feedback forms, and ways to get help from customers. Quickly address any problems or comments customers bring up to show that you value their business and lower the risk of bad press.
