This is an introduction of a customized LED phone case which is a new product that will influence smartphone accessories positively. The product brings an innovative form of self-expression by providing a colorful light display of the case and varying lighting patterns controlled by a mobile application. In the wake of consumer demand for personalized accessories for consumers who are highly dependent on their mobile devices, the personalized LED phone case targets fashion-conscious and tech-savvy customers. The product combines innovative technology and user-friendliness to meet a growing consumer demand for personalized accessories.

The financial projections show a high potential of the product. The revenue is expected to be forty-eight million Rs over 15 months, with a net profit of 60% of 40%. This type of profitability validates the product's business model and supports this path to growth. In addition, there are several factors that set this product apart from the rest of the solutions in the market. There are a few factors that set it apart:Innovative Product Offer, Personalization, and customization: the product uses LED tech and phone cases; this is new, and it permits users to display any message that they want. People use it to show their selfies or whatever they want on the back of a phone case. Market focus: our target customers are fashion-conscious and tech-savvy people who want to differ from the rest of the world. Strategic pricing and market positioning: the product is considered premium, and we price it as such.
