The students of the LGBTQIA+ group wanted to prove into credibility to further continue in
preference to the PLM Administrative Order no. 21. They recommend that the staff and guards
are well trained and educated what is at stake in their interaction towards the LGBTQIA+
students, professionals and one’s bias and things of that nature . Implementing policy like PLM
Administrative Order no.21 in a fast pace to adapt equal rights and discrimination against uplift
and disqualify shield LGBTQIA+ students as they serve as the basis formula for an inclusive
environment. To add, we are able to bring sex education and gender-related seminars into the
university whether is everyone in HIV Awareness and everything to everyone to understand
clearly about LGBTQIA+ people, a bullet that keeps this community more understandable place
is where everyone have empathy and accept the identity of each other. Similarly, Pride Events
can help support all the LGBTQIA+ students, everyone and it provided the visibility and the
