Hello class,
The thesis statement in a paper can be defined as the particular sentence that states the main topic of the paper. It helps control the ideas that are presented in the paper. According to the specific paper, the author will explore how the study of language has progressed beyond specific ideas and offer some theories as to why as well as how our ancestors constructed language in the past.
In comparison to the previous essay, the author has incorporated a lot more references in the essay which helped support their ideas. Additionally, the paper`s flow has been enhanced and in overall I found the essay easier to understand than the six-source essay.
The paper discusses the lack of evidence that proves that animals have their own type of language. There's not enough evidence to demonstrate whether humans can teach animals to speak human language an example of this would be a bird tweeting and interacting with another bird.
After reading the paper, I don't perceive any limitations in the text. Although I'm not sure what I could have changed to make it better, I believe the author has given us an excellent piece of writing.
I've discovered a better way to combine sources into a paragraph than I was previously doing. This essay gives the impression that the paragraphs flow naturally into one another.
