Outstanding achievements in innovation were the results of Alain Mall's strategy featuring proactivity and customer-centricity viewed through not only the prism of strategic objectives but also daily processes. To the society, there is possibly a culture that promotes conceptualization and encourages out-of-the-box ideas and acceptance of new technologies. This culture of innovation enables me to be able to stay in the ever-increasing competitive retail environment and the continually exceeding the customer’s expectations. Staff are most allowed to make suggestions, try different solutions, and practically get involved in the provision of new services and the improvement of merchandise at the mall.

Besides that, the focus on collaboration and community involvement portray a workspace which is characterised by team work, emphasise the importance of open communication and partnership. Different departments in the organization from marketing to tenant relation to operation probably take actions with targets on the goals and strategic vision of the mall to direct the mall in the right path. This type of cooperation promotes team spirit among colleagues and encourages trans-functional co-operation, which essentially creates a system that is more comprehensive and integrated, aiming to achieve success in an optimal way.

Along with this, the website project's implementation plan also stresses the organization's proposed operational tactics, which are characterized by a proactive problem-solving stance and strategic planning. An ability to foresee and be ready to find solutions on various challenges consisting of the resistance of tenants, technical

search for development opportunities at any opportunity. creating a reputation for

first class services.

As such, Mall Organizational Culture stands out as one that is based on innovation, collaboration, quick wit and sustained pursuit of perfection. Being these unshakable values, they not only play the role of the underpinning for the business and operation but also define the identity and reputation of an organization as well. Alain Mall's achievement is founded on a workplace culture that not only allows creativity and team work but also face up to challenges and meet the highest standards.
