1. Introduction

Finland is proud of its international racing history: its legendary events such as Rally Finland, with people and the cars from almost everywhere in the world have for years been seeing its tracks. While there may be higher primary profits as a result, the need to continuously bring in new intellectual resources and talent will follow into the future. This article deals with volunteering for the better future and the endurance of motorsports in Finland.

1.1 The Importance of Volunteering in Finnish Motorsports Success

The success of motorsports events rest not only on the performance of the teams but Volunteers are the real heroes of race weekends, from marshals making sure that track is safe during the race to hospitality staff providing remarkable service, volunteers are the heart of a successful race weekend.
