Personal Skills Evaluation
My strong skills are communication, critical thinking, and adaptability. My weak skills include time management, delegation, and conflict resolution.
Comparison with Employer Expectations
A common attribute among desired employees is the aptitude for proficient communication, creative thinking, or adaptability. Such competencies facilitate employees' rational decisions and problem-solving. Also, candidates who can organize tasks, delegate, and resolve conflict effectively are often attractive because they contribute to the overall team's productivity and make the team work well together.
Reasons for Selecting These Skills
Communication, critical thinking and adaptability are essential factors in trying to solve complicated questions and in building common values and joint work in a team. Developing a correct approach to time management, delegation, and conflict dealing will empower me to plan tasks, support teammates, and deal with disputes in a healthy manner, hence increasing the collective performance and attainment of organizational goals.
Importance of Change or Enhancement
Tracking time, passing task over to others and resolving conflict are most important in overcoming current limitations and achieve professional advancement. Through the consideration of such improvement areas, I would be able to achieve the best possible results as a leader, a team member, and problem solver at the place of employment and also be able to add value to the organizational growth process.

Ways to Improve
To improve time management, make your goals specific and base your tasks on order of importance and time limitations. In addition, capture some time tracking apps or tools to observe productivity and find specific areas for improvement (Ahmad et al., 2020). Work on your ability to say no and decline non-imperative obligations or tasks to prevent your day from being fully occupied.
Observe delegation enhancement by identifying and assigning the tasks that your teammates could handle based on their strengths. Additionally, communicate what your expectations are, when your deadlines are, and what outcomes you foresee when assigning tasks. Finally, make sure to have all the vital support and resources required to enable Nish to delegate tasks among your team members.
To strengthen the process of consolidating conflicting parties, employ skillful listening and empathy to understand all sides of the argument and involve emotions in the conflicts. Promote open dialogue and build a universe without stifling, as well as respect for individuals while working on conflicts. Getting advice from your colleagues or mentors on conflict-solving methods is another thing to do. Finally, Participate in collective decision-making activities relating to workplace projects or civil groups.
